Disappointing experience with Henry Ford Health located in Dearborn Hubbard Drive . Administrative failures and a lack of accountability created denial of health care for pregnant women . During my visit, I experienced unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability from the ultrasound technician and was frustrated by the lack of accountability from the staff team when concerns were brought forward to include waiting time for care staff . See photo below of the phone call Patients deserve to be treated with respect and integrity especially during important healthcare moments such as pregnancy. My experience reflects those standards. The doctors were professional. The treatment was done in a timely manner. Then the nurses were so loud in the hallway. Imagine a bunch of teenagers in the high-school hall. Your pain levels are at a 10 and all you hear is a bunch of laughter, sharing a video and yes you can hear the video then they all starts laughing. If you're lucky enough to dose off you will wake up in a panic because an outburst of laughter. Not one of them nurses used their inside voices.

I’m writing this because my father, Safe Shaab, wanted me to share our experience. The first thing I noticed was how fast and efficient the staff were. The service was excellent from the moment we walked in. I brought my father in around 11:00 AM because he was having back pain and shortness of breath. We registered and were actually the first to be called, which really impressed me. They completed all his blood work quickly, and within about 10 minutes, the doctor came in with the results and explained everything clearly. He was given the medication he needed right away. Overall, this is one of the best hospital experiences I’ve had. You can come here without worrying about long wait times. Trust me—this is the place you want to bring your loved ones.

I cannot say enough good things about Henry Ford Health System and highly recommend it for both adult and pediatric care. Our entire family, including extended family, has received excellent care from doctors and staff who genuinely care and take the time to listen. I recently had a procedure done by Dr. Swain and her team at the Fairlane Henry Ford Medical Center, and the experience was outstanding. From check in to being taken into the operating room, everything was handled smoothly and with great communication. Dr. Swain is one of the best doctors I have encountered in my life. She is truly exceptional, and Henry Ford is very fortunate to have her!!

MRI staff was very friendly. Explained everything well. The facility was very clean. Easy parking and excellent hours. My appointment was for 6:30 AM and they got me in 10 minutes early. I was out by 625.
